Home Organize It is your go-to resource for getting organized in the second half of life. If you're approaching any of the following seasons or stages, you're in the right place.
Whether your kids are about to head off to college and you're thinking about repurposing some rooms in your home or, you want to downsize and move into a smaller home to free yourself up for adventure, planning and organizing is key.
Maybe you've decided to sell (or store) everything and do the RV/Van life for a year (or longer) or buy a second home in a warm climate. Making life changes like these calls for simplifying, decluttering, selling belongings and packing with intention.
If you find yourself helping aging parents or relatives downsize and move, there's a lot of planning and organization to be done for a smooth transition. Or perhaps you need to add "aging-in-place" solutions to their existing home. Rooms or closets may need to be streamlined or rearranged.
As a professional organizer, I've helped clients in all of the above seasons and situations. They can be complex times with emotions running high, and big decisions that need to be made.
Whatever your situation, I would love to be your organizing guide.
Over the past 10 years, I became an empty nester, moved a relative to assisted living, held an estate sale, sold our family home, downsized and moved 7 times within 3 States in the U.S.
While that might sound a bit daunting I truly believe I was able to do all of that fairly easily due to being really organized.
Organizing is something I've loved doing as long as I can remember. Helping others get organized brings a great deal of satisfaction both to whoever I am helping, and to me.
I hope you allow me to be your organizing guide through whatever situation you are facing or season of life you find yourself in.
