Homeschool Family Organizing Challenge

I am interested in talking with someone regarding organizing my home. I am a homeschooling mother of three children, ages 11, 7, and 3 1/2.

Homeschooling presents several challenges, chief among them being the fact that we are so often home and there is little time for focused cleaning without children in the house. I see involving my children in the process as part of my mission as a homeschooling parent, but feel I need a "jump-start" from someone with a professional eye to help me get on track with developing a workable, practical system (particularly as I tend to be a bit of a pack-rat and have difficulty distinguishing treasures from trash!).

I am not naive enough to see organizing as a one-time event, but rather am looking for help in establishing a framework that I can then involve my family in maintaining on an ongoing basis. My vision is to create a structure that is loose enough to allow for creativity and flexibility but "sturdy" enough to promote maintaining
order and a sense of serenity.

Anyone willing to take on this challenge with me?
