My rented flat

I have books about dogs, photo albums, credit card files, company liquidation files, hospitalization files, dbase3plus books and other books on programming, gamefowl/gamebirds magazine and files, pocketbooks and other novels, reference books, personal diaries, textbooks and encyclopedias. I also have several vcds and dvds, but still my place is so cluttered and doesnt look good. What should i do?
