I've had a hard time organizing all my life but recently I've been telling myself that "I'll burn a few extra calories" if I walk these clothes back to my room or take these towels upstairs. Rather than thinking, "I've got to organize!" I think, "I'll burn a few calories and it will make me happy if these things are put away."
So I guess I trick myself a little into doing things that I don't have natural motivation to do. It's just a slight mental twist but it works on my psychology.
