Paula connects on an emotional level!
by: Erin

Wow, Paula. Just reading about your organizing business makes me feel more relaxed. Love your analogies like "breathing room" and "exhale". They really help provide a visual and emotional connection to the benefits of getting organized.

When I started organizing I was available just as you are, during school hours and some evenings. It's been a great business when it comes to putting your family first and having super flexible hours. I mostly worked with busy moms too, which was really ideal because they wanted to organize during similar hours as I was keeping.

Building my Web site was a good way to leverage any slow times too. For example, I could work on my site during Holiday breaks and Summers when most families were not in organizing mode. Having a home based AND an online organizing business helps bring balance to what can sometimes be a feast or famine biz.

Any other Professional Organizers out there who find that having an Web site helps leverage their business?
